Defining the scope of services that must be aggregated
Designing open standards based, scalable (cloud hosted), modular/loosely-coupled, secure and preferably open-source stack
Laying out the integration processes with minimal support from target departments
Mental on-boarding followed by actual onboarding of the stakeholders, primarily, the departments whose services are being targeted. This is the main challenge as such aggregation efforts are often viewed as the encroachment to their domain

Implementation and Vendor Management: As NeGD holds IPR of the UMANG code and assets; it can be shared to enable fast implementation. However, a vendor needs to be selected for doing customization, operation & management. NeGD can support preparation of tender document, project reports and plan, evaluation of tender and vendor selection and management.
Technical: NeGD can share solution architecture, technical stack, design and development principles and approach.
Learnings: NeGD can share learnings regarding on boarding several diverse applications and ways to mitigate risks.
