Implementation Methodology
UI/UX: Easy-to-use mobile application to Aanganwadi Workers to perform their daily task
Technical: Modular configuration and CI/CD approach of development followed
Administrative: firstly, State Officials were on-boarded, then, they self-configured administrative structure and thereafter,Aanganwadi Workers were onboarded, and they in turnonboarded beneficiaries.
Monitoring: Real-time, daily, and weekly basis at multiple level
Capacity Building: Regular training and hand holding for entire state machinery and aanganwadi workers
