openIMIS is a versatile open source software which supports the administration of health financing and social protection schemes. It is specially designed to manage the complex, high-volume data flows which are required to operate such schemes by seamlessly integrating beneficiary, provider and payer data in a single platform.
Implementations for 15 overall health and social protection schemes in 12 countries with 10.6 beneficiaries
1x Tanzania, 3x Cameroon, 2x Nepal, 2x The Gambia, 1x DRC, 1x Chad, 1x Bangladesh, 1x Mauritania, 1x Nigeria (Kaduna), 1x Niue, 1x Niger, 1x Malawi
The openIMIS initiative with the support of the German and Swiss Development Cooperation has been established in 2016. Roots of the openIMIS software reach back to 2012.
openIMIS is listed in Digital Square’s "Maturity of Global Goods: Summary Table". The table reflects the maturity model baseline assessments and the latest reassessment of global goods

To explore the software and get a feel for the functions, I would suggest to log into the demo server and try it out: https://demo.openimis.org. Details on the credentials and how the demo is setup can be found on Demo server - openIMIS - openIMIS Wiki (atlassian.net)
installation instructions can also be found here: Installation and Country Localisation - openIMIS - openIMIS Wiki (atlassian.net)

The co-ordination desk of the openIMIS Initiative has no mandate to implement openIMIS in the field nor does it carry out software development. We rather co-ordinate and rely on a big community of partners (e.g. funders, developers and implementers): https://openimis.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OP/pages/831357029/Repository+of+openIMIS+Partners
The openIMIS Initiative supports potentially new implementations in finding implementation partners and actively engages new partners in regular calls and community events to loop in developers and implementers in countries with the global community for mutual support and code-contribution:
