myGov - (myLocker) is a secure, cloud-based platform for storing and sharing verified citizen documents. It aims to provide less-paper service delivery, reducing complexities associated with repeated attachments.
myGov (myLocker) was launched in 2021.
The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh had taken the initiative to ensure that Government services are made available to citizens electronically through the improvement of online infrastructure, and Internet connectivity, or by making the country digitally empowered in the field of technology as one of the significant initiatives of Digital Bangladesh Vision 2021. To achieve this, myLocker serves as a platform that digitally issues and verifies documents and certificates. It supports a paperless initiative by offering personal storage to each citizen.
